PURCHASING PROCESS
- Place an Order: Select your preferred shoes and styles.
- Make a Payment: Use Stripe for credit/debit card transactions or PayPal for transfers.
- Confirm Information: Ensure details like items, email, WhatsApp, and address are correct.
- Quality Check: Items are inspected for both quality and correct sizing.
- Shipping: Delivery occurs within 8-15 working days; tracking information is included.
QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS
- Quality inspection photos available within 1-3 working days upon request.
- Option to request a replacement if sneakers do not meet your expectations.
- Shipping proceeds after your approval of the quality check.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
- Shipping rates: Tracking details provided via Email or WhatsApp, DHL/FedEx shipping cost: $20.00 for 8-15 working days delivery.
- Carrier Selection: Selection from DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS based on location.
- Your tracking numbers updated within 1-2 working days.
RETURNS
- Products purchased at full price or with a discount of up to 25% are eligible for returns. Products purchased with a discount greater than 25% during promotional periods are not eligible for returns.
- Valid for incorrect size (only if the size differs from what you ordered, so please double-check your size before placing an order), color mismatches, discrepancies, or visible defects.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days after the receipt of the returned products.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: Returns will not be accepted if there is any damage to the product or its packaging.
REFUNDS
